The New York Times Just Said We Were Right on Autopen – Now Possible Criminal Action is Exposed

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

July 14, 2025

Washington, DC – In March, we went public with our autopen findings.  A few weeks later, the New York Times called our investigation a conspiracy theory.  Since then, we’ve continued to shock the world with bombshell disclosures including highlighting the scope of autopenned signatures on pardons, commutations, executive orders, and proclamations.  We’ve produced our findings on the internet, in the media, and in congressional testimony.  Late last night, the New York Times finally admitted we were right and they were wrong in an attempt to perform damage control for former President Biden.  Of course they did not reach out to us for comment this time, instead choosing to reach out to the big law firms representing Biden staffers pro bono.

Our autopen investigation goes to the core of our Constitutional Republic.  America can only have one President at a time, and only one that is actually chosen through an election process that can be trusted.  Our work has revealed that the Biden Administration was a rudderless ship run by unelected bureaucrats operating in complete contradiction to the Constitution.  The decision by Vice President Harris and the Biden Cabinet not to invoke the Twenty-Fifth Amendment because they preferred to have an incapacitated president is one of the gravest constitutional violations in American history.  In some aspects, it may have been criminal.  In collusion with legacy media, Democratic politicians, and a willing administrative state, the Biden Administration defrauded the American people and did long lasting damage to our Republic.  This permanently discredits the Democratic party which has taken no accountability.  The party that has professed to be “defending democracy” was responsible for a sustained attack on it.

The Oversight Project has taken this autopen investigation down the entire field and to the goal line.  President Trump has called it the greatest scandal of the century.  It is now time for the government, those people we entrust with actual law enforcement powers, to punch the ball into the end zone.  We along with Congress will continue producing investigative material, but the problem will only be solved when the government itself imposes accountability.   It’s your government and you deserve to see that happen.
