Marshall Yates is an attorney and public policy professional with nearly a decade of experience in Congress, federal law enforcement, and constitutional litigation. He most recently served as Assistant Director of the Office of Congressional Affairs at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and previously held senior roles including Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill and Executive Director of the Election Integrity Network. Marshall also contributed to the Department of Justice’s Weaponization Working Group and served as a key staffer on the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
Marshall will be spearheading the REPAIR Initiative, drawing on his extensive background in election integrity, investigations, and complex legal matters to wage maximum warfare across the country in the fight to preserve our republic.
