Julianne Murray is the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware. Before federal service, Julianne founded Murray Law LLC in 2012 and served as the Managing Director of MurrayPhillips, P.A. for more than ten years. Julianne was the Republican nominee for Governor of Delaware in 2020 and for Attorney General in 2022. She also served as the Chair of the Delaware Republican Party.

Julianne is not afraid of a challenge. In 2008, at the age of thirty-eight, Julianne took on the challenge of attending the Widener University School of Law in Delaware. In 2011, Julianne graduated, passed the Delaware Bar, and was admitted to practice.‍

Once admitted to the Delaware bar, Julianne opened Murray Law LLC and hit the ground running. She built her practice from the ground up, and over the course of the next 15 years Julianne helped thousands of Delawareans with their legal needs (both civil and criminal), and has been a champion of both the United States Constitution and the Delaware Constitution.

In 2020, Julianne sued the State of Delaware in federal court over COVID restrictions. In 2021, Julianne sued the State of Delaware regarding the abridgement of citizens’ rights as a result of Zoom hearings in the General Assembly. In 2022, Julianne sued the State of Delaware over unconstitutional no-excuse vote-by mail while she was a candidate for Attorney General. In 2023 and 2024, Julianne was Delaware counsel for The Oversight Project: It’s Your Government in several matters regarding Hunter Biden, one of which being the amicus brief that arguably caused the Hunter Biden plea to fail.

In 2023-2025, Julianne was a frequent legal contributor on a national news network, and in 2025 Julianne was hand-picked by President Trump to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware.
