Oversight Project’s Statement on Chairman Comer’s Autopen Report

Washington, D.C. – Chairman Comer’s report is a historical investigative document regarding what the President has called the biggest scandal in the last century. We are thankful that Comer took our investigation and ran down many leads with first-hand interviews and information that confirmed our key points, which left-wing media called a conspiracy theory not too long ago.
The ultimate test is whether Attorney General Bondi will prosecute individuals whose “pardons” were never valid in the first place and execute or re-arrest those who did not receive valid commutations. Chairman Comer’s investigation has found clear evidence that the autopenned actions in the waning days of the Biden Administration are not valid exercises of presidential power. There is a total lack of evidence that President Biden—who was clearly cognitively impaired—actually approved those actions. That basic fact simply cannot be dispute after this excellent report. If the greatest scandal in American history goes without any accountability, then we are in a worse position than we started.
