Oversight Project Announces Initiative for Maximum Warfare: Redistricting and Election Protection for American Integrity and Representation Initiative (REPAIR)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

June 5, 2026

Washington, D.C.–  Today, the Oversight Project announced the Redistricting and Election Protection for American Integrity and Representation Initiative (REPAIR). This initiative will be led by Marshall Yates, who has joined the Oversight Project as a Strategic Counsel.

The Callais decision puts the Democrats’ artificially inflated congressional representation into an extremely precarious position given their insistence on making race-based decisions central to all things.  Drawing on the Oversight Project’s best-in-class abilities to both investigate and litigate, this initiative will develop the fact patterns to prove the constitutional defects of the-up-to 120 minority-majority congressional districts and then challenge them accordingly.  This work will also pursue the urgent priority of fixing the upcoming 2030 Census, which will provide Americans a historic opportunity to also address the defective practice of counting non-citizens when drawing congressional maps.

As a proud Member of the Mass Deportation Coalition, the Oversight Project’s work will be an invaluable addition to the overall cause of making sure that only those who are allowed to be in America are in America, and only Americans are included in political representation and the voting process.

Marshall Yates recently served as an Assistant Director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, formerly a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill and the Executive Director of the Election Integrity Network. Marshall served on the Department of Justice’s Weaponization Working Group and as a staffer contributing to the House Judiciary’s Weaponization subcommittee. Marshall will be spearheading this initiative, drawing on his extensive background in election integrity, investigations, and complex legal matters to wage maximum warfare across the country in the fight to preserve our republic.

Marshall Yates, Strategic Counsel for the Oversight Project offered this quote:

“I’m honored to join the battle-tested team at the Oversight Project. The time for half-measures is over — we must fight relentlessly to secure free and fair elections and restore our constitutional republic. The Callais decision is a landmark opening, and we intend to hold every state accountable for full and immediate compliance.”

Jeff Clark, Vice President of Litigation:

“Our twin goals are simply to demand compliance with the law. First, racially gerrymandered districts, while Democrat Party sacred cows, are flatly unconstitutional violations of equal protection. Second, non-citizens cannot legally vote in federal elections. Hence, counting them for Census purposes is equally unconstitutional and logically upside-down. Because illegal aliens tend to cluster in “blue” areas, all existing Census practices guarantee is that there is an illegal weight tossed on the scale that favors Democrat voting districts. The proper balance must be fixed and our REPAIR initiative will do so.”

Neal Cornett, Director of State Litigation:

“For too long Americans have accepted gerrymandered congressional districts and inflated population counts that bolster Democratic representation.  The Callais decision and Virginia’s blatant attempt to strip representation from millions dovetailed perfectly.  Americans realize that corrupt governments will try to dilute their vote by drawing districts that place Mayberry in the same district as the illegal alien populated blue cities. The Oversight Project is dedicated to honest, transparent government and with Marshall onboard, we are going to work tirelessly to ensure government represents the American People, not special interests, not illegal aliens, and certainly not the grandees of the Democratic Party.”

Mike Howell, President of the Oversight Project:

“The Oversight Project is going to take advantage of this moment to help begin the process to repair American elections, focusing on racist congressional districts that prop up artificial Democrat representation.  If we get the districts right, mass deport millions of illegal aliens, make sure the 2030 Census is not a joke, and fight like our lives depend on it for election integrity, then we can really see some great structural pro-America changes to save the country. The Oversight Project is stocking up elite talent with our recent additions.  I’m thrilled that my friend Marshall Yates is going to lead this and hope that we can build an operation here that makes Eric Holder’s previous redistricting initiative look like small potatoes.”
