President Biden signed Executive Order 14019 on March 10, 2021. The Executive Order mobilized federal agencies and ideologically-aligned non-governmental organizations to use taxpayer dollars to mobilize likely Democratic Party voters to register and vote in the 2024 Election. The Oversight Project sued the Small Business Administration for records about their get-out-the-Democratic-vote efforts in Michigan.
The Oversight Project and published numerous records prior to the 2024 General Election. On December 11, 2024, The House Small Business Committee released an interim report of its investigation into the Small Business Administration’s activities in Michigan, which cites many of the records released by the Oversight Project.
