Outstanding Congressional Inquiries, Oversight Letters
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have yet to fulfill multiple outstanding document production requests pertaining to Hunter Biden, CEFC China Energy, Burisma Holdings, and Hudson West. These requests—submitted by congressional committees, representatives, and senators—seek records relevant to ongoing inquiries into influence peddling and conflicts of interest involving high-level political figures.
The Oversight Project remains committed to securing transparency and ensuring that federal agencies comply with their statutory obligations to produce records that are rightfully owed to the American public.
