Wynkoop has dedicated his career to fighting for government transparency and accountability. Previously, Wynkoop served as a law clerk at the Oversight Project and America First Legal. In these roles, he conducted oversight work and supported litigation efforts tackling unconstitutional policies in areas such as immigration, election integrity, and religious freedom. Additionally, he worked as a law clerk for the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan. During his time there, Wynkoop gained courtroom experience, successfully trying cases under attorney supervision. He holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama and a B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
