Oversight Project Releases Documents that DOJ Turned Blind Eye to Hunter Biden Prostitution-Related Crimes
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 11, 2026
Washington, D.C.– The Oversight Project releases records it received from its lawsuit into whether the Biden Justice Department investigated whether Hunter Biden potentially violated the Mann Act, which makes it a felony to transport individuals across state lines for the purposes of prostitution. These documents reveal that federal authorities possessed evidence as early as October 2020 showing clear violations of the Mann Act involving Hunter Biden illegally taking prostitutes over state lines.
These documents, which are now available on our DocDepot, indicate that investigators were aware of evidence tied to illegal prostitution-related activities on the eve of the 2020 presidential election. Federal authorities, however, never charged these crimes and sought to brush them under the rug in Hunter Biden’s aborted plea deal. Moreover, these crimes were covered by President Biden’s blanket pardon of his son.
